Cooling Diamond innovation consists of 92% seven carat synthetic diamonds that are ultra finely ground, and has a theoretical thermal resistance on the entire 2000 to 2500 W/mK!
This extremely high conductivity makes IC Diamond 7 Carat Thermal Compound ideal for high-performance systems.

IC Diamond 7 Carat is neither capacity nor electrically conductive and is silicone-free and usually requires only 2 hours before it provides optimum performance.

The tube contains 1.5 g, which is enough for many installations.
