The new EK - RES X3 series of cylinder reservoirs provide many new opportunities for installation. The new version has an outer diameter of 60mm (as compared to the old version which had 50mm).
It's made of high quality acrylic and POM Acetal material, which makes the reservoir resistant to the newer and more powerful pumps.
RES X3 series allows you to mount the connectors 5 different places at the base, all of which can be used as input or output. Further, there is also 1 port at the top of the reservoir.
This means that there are 6 options for mounting connectors. The unused G1/4 threads can be closed with the enclosed G1/4 Plugs.
The most important feature of the IC X3 is the ability to insert a plate in the lower part of the reservoir. RES X3 series has been updated so vortices do not occur, even with the most powerful pumps.
The reservoir is easy to fill and is optimal for ventilation.
O-ring's both the top and the base are in the best quality, which ensures that the reservoir remains close throughout its lifetime..
The reservoir comes with four plugs, two reservoir holders and 2 thread extensions.
