Shipping & delivery1. Shipping: Orders made before 15:00 pm are shipped the same day they are ordered, provided all the ordered goods are in stock. Your order will be sent by UPS or GLS, unless otherwise agreed. This packages will normally arrive within 2-4 working days. For certain destinations in Europe, it can take up to 6 working days from dispatch of the package untill the package will arrive. All packages are sent with tracking ID, which is automatically sent to your e-mail address upon shipping. 2. Shipping rates: The shipping is paid for by the buyer and is calculated based on total estimated weight of the order, and depending on which shipping courier you choose. You can get an idea about the shipping rates in the table below.
3. If you do not collect the package If you are not home upon delivery and you do not pick up your package at the post office before the closure period (typically 8-10 days), the package will be returned to us. If so, we will gladly re-ship the package to your, however you need to pay the extra freight costs. 4. No customs duties/taxes for recipients inside the European Union! We ship from our warehouse in Denmark, which mean there will be no extra customs duties/taxes for recipients who live inside the European Union. What you see is what you pay - simple as that. 5. We ship VAT/duty free to Norway, Iceland, Faroe Islands and Greenland If you live in a country who isn’t a member of the European Union, you don't need to pay the Danish VAT/duty for the products purchased at us, as long they are being shipped to you. When you select one of the above mentioned countries as the destination of your parcel, our webshop will automatically deduct the Danish VAT/duty. When your parcel reaches your national border it will go into customs, who will calculate and claim the appropriate duty directly to you before the parcel being released for final delivery.
